“We drove down crime by investing in violence prevention, youth services, mental health, and other supports. We also are the first administration to focus on equitable development that gives as much to our community as to developers. No administration executes everything perfectly. But good leaders know that doing better isn’t about starting over: it’s about learning, growing, and finding opportunities for improvement.

I know that our city is capable of amazing things, but to get there we need to continue the progress that we have made these past four years. My opponent does not share this vision. She wants to take us “back to basics” - but you and I know that to thrive, St. Louis needs to keep moving forward.
